Will Jailbreaking my iPhone void my warranty?
No, jailbreaking your iPhone will not void your warranty. If you need to send your iPhone to Apple for repair then you can restore your phone to factory settings before it is sent which completely erases the jailbreak software.
Does Jailbreaking my iPhone damage the phone?
Due to this being purely a software modification jailbreaking does no damage to the iPhone. Certain Apps that are available for download can potentially cause issues with the iPhone’s operating system. We always recommend that you check the reviews and try not to overload the device.
I’ve dropped my iPhone in water, can you repair this?
It depends on how bad the damage to the phone is. Most of the time we can repair the phone. Feel free to contact us and we can arrange for one of our engineers to have a look.
What operating system works best on a phone?
To be honest they all have their benefits, whether it be Android, Windows Mobile, Web OS or iPhone OS. It all depends on exactly what you need. Feel free to check out our review section where the operating systems are looked at in more detail.
My iPhone crashed, how can I get it working again?
Since you can’t simply take the iPhone’s battery out to reset it the best thing to do is press and hold both the power and home buttons at the same time. Your iPhone will reset and start again. You will loose no data.
What network offers the best signal?
The answer to this one depends on a number of factors ranging from device and area. All networks have their black spots. The best way to find out which network will offer you the best service it is worth checking their coverage in your local area and also asking others who use mobile phones nearby. Do you offer customisation for anything apart from the iPhone?
Currently no. However in the near future we will be expanding to offer more services to a much larger variety of mobile handsets so keep an eye on this space.
Which manufacture is the best?
There is no “best” manufacture. Just like operating systems some manufactures offer a better performance in different areas. It all comes down to preference, usage and needs. The best thing to do is look at different reviews and opinions of current handsets to find out what will suit your needs.
If you repair my iPhone will my warranty become void?
Unfortunately from the moment you break your handset your warranty is void. However any repair that we perform we will guarantee for three months so although you no longer have a warranty through Apple, you don’t need to worry because we’ll cover you!
