Broadband - O2
Mobile phone retailer O2 joined the home broadband market late in the game with claims that when their package launched they wanted it to be perfect. The main problem here was that during the time it took O2 to launch their package their competitors were gradually growing their Market share. The second problem they faced was that with every delay to the release customers expectations were on the rise.
The launch of o2's home broadband was a success. Immediately customer satisfaction was top class and o2 began pulling on the rewards for number one Internet service provider in the UK. It seemed the wait was worth it.
O2's home broadband packages start from just £7.50 per month to it's existing mobile phone customers both pay and go and contract. For those of you who aren't on o2 you can pick up their broadband from £12.50 per month. Not a bad package at all considering this gives you unlimited access to the net and support from a top class customer service team which is completely UK based.
The package above is o2's LLU service which is not available in all areas of the UK. For those of you who aren't lucky enough to be in one of those areas you can pick up O2's home broadband package from £17.50 per month provided you are one of their mobile phone customers. Once again those not on O2 can get access to the service from £22.50 per month. The access package gives you unlimited Internet access.
The customer feedback really speaks for itself and shows that O2 really are doing something right with their home broadband. Their packages offer great value for money with some brilliant download and upload speeds available. It's rare that you can find an Internet service provider lately that offers unlimited access to their customers unless you also opt into their landline which makes O2 a breath of fresh air (no pun intended).
I've personally switched to O2 as my service provider and have found one of the main improvements over my previous provider is the massive upload speeds which have tripled since signing up. The customer service team have been exceptionally helpful on the occasions when I have spoken to them and the in store teams knowledge seems up to scratch.
When. It comes to broadband I would definitely recommend checking O2 out!
So why do O2 think you should shop with them?
